WMS Service
The aim of this project is to produce a global synthesis of the dynamics of earliest human occupation by comparing the world's longest sequences from the earliest archaeological sites, East Africa and China. This analysis helps to understand the alternative evolutionary trajectories adopted by hominins that shared a general biological and cultural background, but faced different climatic and biogeographical challenges and opportunities.
